   梨山茶   

旁白:梨山茶是高級工藝,要做好,真的很難。

旁白:做茶有多難,梨山土生土長的茶農,陳孟智最知道。

 

陳:在工作的環境下是原始森林,然後跟茶樹一起生長,看看昆蟲,看看土壤,想一下說下一季的茶葉我們要做什麼樣的風味給大家去品嚐。

 

 

旁白:說得一派輕鬆,但6年前陳孟智剛回到自家茶園耕作,一季春茶就幾乎把他擊垮。

 

陳:一開始剛銜接的時候,我就是以電腦工程師的方式去做管理也好,製作也好,在製作過程才發現說,這不是單單像電腦工程這麼簡單。

 

 

旁白:電腦工程師出身的他,千算萬算,算不到老天爺根本不想讓他算,高海拔的茶區優勢變成劣勢。

 

陳:在海拔兩千公尺以上高山,它的早晚溫差極大,在製作過程當中你發現你會被天氣所影響。

 

 

 

旁白:梨山的好,不只山好,茶好,製茶的工藝更好。

 

 

陳:茶湯顏色,綠中帶黃,就是代表著梨山茶高海拔的香氣與喉韻,你如果太青,他只有香氣沒有喉韻,那也很常有一些人會有腸胃不適的問題。

 

 

 

旁白:結合好茶與好工藝,他的梨山茶才真正開花結果。在台灣獲獎無數,更連續三年拿到比利時iTQi三星認證的水晶獎盃。

 

 

 

陳:我是梨山小孩,我想把梨山茶做好,讓世界因為好茶認識梨山,更認識台灣,這樣我就心滿意足了。

Narrator: LiShan’s tea is a type of high technique, it is really hard to develop it.

 

Narrator: And how hard to do it? The farmer who born and grew in LiShan, ChenMengZhi, know the most.

 

Chen: The work place is under the natural forest, grew up with the tea trees, watch about the desserts and the soils, think about the tea flavors we want to produce for people in next season.

 

Narrator: Sounds like easy, but 6 years ago when Chen went back to his family’s tea farm for work, just one season spring tea was almost knock him down.

 

Chen: When I first came to handle it, I managed and produced it liked an IT doing the coding, until the process of producing only I recognize that it was no as easy as the coding.

 

Narrator: As an IT before, he thought out all he can thought of but never knew that God never gave him an easy task. The advantage of high sea level’s tea turned into disadvantage.

 

Chen: On the 2000 meters high sea level mountain, the temperature over day night is great different, you only knew how the weather affect when you come to the processing.

 

Narrator: How is LiShan’s great, it is not only the great mountain, great tea, but the technique of making tea is more fabulous.

 

Chen: The color of tea, green with some yellow, represented the smelly and tasty of LiShan’s high sea level teas. If only green in color, the tea is smelly but not tasty, some people might meet with the stomach illness after drink it.

 

Narrator: Combine the great tea and the great technique, his LiShan’s tea finally develop a good result. Won prizes in Taiwan, and received Belgium iTQi three stars authenticate crystal trophies for three years.

 

Chen: I am LiShan’s kid, I wish to make good develop of LiShan’s tea, let the world know LiShan because of the great tea and know more about Taiwan, this is all what I wish.
